By browsing our website, sending an inquiry, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. About TechGiftsBy

TechGiftsBy is a custom tech gifts and corporate gift box supplier operated by Guangzhou Lechuang. We provide custom logo gifts, branded corporate gift sets, wireless charger gifts, mobile office gifts, AI smart gifts, car tech gift sets and bulk corporate gift solutions for business customers worldwide.

Our website is mainly used for product browsing, inquiry, quotation and B2B communication.

2. Product Information

We try to keep product photos, descriptions, specifications, materials, packaging details and prices accurate and up to date. However, product information may change without prior notice due to supplier updates, material changes, production batches, exchange rates or market conditions.

Final product details, pricing, production time and shipping cost should be confirmed in our quotation before order confirmation.

3. Quotations

Prices shown on the website are for reference only unless clearly stated otherwise.

Final quotation depends on:

• product model;

• order quantity;

• logo customization method;

• gift box packaging;

• sample requirement;

• delivery country;

• shipping method;

• import and customs requirements.

4. Custom Logo and Artwork

Most of our custom tech gifts and corporate gift boxes can support logo printing, laser engraving, UV printing, custom packaging or other branding methods.

Customers are responsible for providing correct logo files, artwork, brand colors and customization instructions. Vector files such as AI, PDF or SVG are preferred.

We will provide a digital logo mockup before production. Mass production will only start after the customer approves the final mockup or sample.

5. Logo and Trademark Disclaimer

The logos, designs, artwork and trademarks shown on this website are used only as examples of customization effects and production capabilities. They do not represent endorsement, authorization, partnership or cooperation by the trademark owners.

Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any logo, artwork, brand name or trademark provided to us for customization.

6. Samples

Samples are available for many products. Sample cost, customization cost and shipping cost depend on the product type, logo process and destination country.

For large or important corporate gift orders, we recommend confirming a sample before bulk production.

7. MOQ and Bulk Orders

MOQ depends on the product, customization method and packaging requirement. Some standard products can support lower quantities, while full custom gift box packaging or special logo processes may require higher MOQ.

We provide bulk order solutions for custom logo gifts, wireless charger gifts, mobile office gift sets, AI smart gifts, car tech gifts and corporate gift boxes.

8. Production Time

Production time starts after the customer confirms the order, payment, artwork and final mockup or sample.

Production time depends on product availability, order quantity, logo process and packaging requirements. We will provide an estimated production time before order confirmation.

Urgent orders may be supported depending on product stock, customization complexity and shipping destination.

9. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed before order placement.

For custom products and bulk corporate gift orders, production usually starts after payment or deposit is received. Bank charges, transaction fees and currency exchange costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from China. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on destination country, product type, quantity, carton size, weight, shipping method and customs requirements.

For samples and small orders, we usually ship by express courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or similar channels. For bulk orders, air freight, sea freight or selected DDP shipping options may be available.

Delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather, holidays or other factors beyond our control.

11. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes and local charges are usually the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP shipping is confirmed in writing before shipment.

Because customs rules vary by country, customers should confirm import requirements before placing bulk orders, especially for electronic products, rechargeable products or products with batteries.

12. Order Changes and Cancellation

Orders can usually be changed or cancelled before production starts.

Once products have been customized with your logo, packaging has been printed, or mass production has started, the order cannot usually be cancelled or refunded.

Please check all product details, artwork, logo placement, quantity, shipping information and delivery deadline carefully before final approval.

13. Returns and Refunds

Customized products are made according to the customer’s approved artwork and order requirements. Therefore, custom logo gifts and branded corporate gift boxes cannot usually be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed product defect or customization error caused by us.

If you receive defective products or incorrect customization, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide photos, videos and order details. We will review the issue and work with you to find a reasonable solution.

14. Product Color and Logo Difference

Product color, material texture, logo effect and packaging color may vary slightly due to screen display, production batch, printing method, product surface or lighting conditions.

For strict brand color requirements, we recommend confirming a physical sample before bulk production.

15. Website Use

You may browse our website for product information, corporate gift ideas and custom gift set options. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use our website content, product images, product descriptions or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

16. Privacy

We respect customer privacy. Information such as your name, company, email, WhatsApp number, logo files, inquiry details and shipping information will be used only for quotation, mockup, production, communication and delivery purposes.

We do not sell customer information or artwork to third parties.
