You can send us your product requirements, quantity, logo file, target budget and delivery country through WhatsApp or email. After confirming the product and customization details, we will provide a quotation, free logo mockup, sample option and production timeline.

Do you offer free logo mockups?

Yes. We provide free logo mockups for most custom corporate gifts and branded tech gifts. You can send us your logo in AI, PDF, PNG or SVG format, and we will show how it looks on the product and packaging.

Production & Lead Time

How fast can I get my order?

For standard custom logo gifts, production usually starts after you approve the logo mockup or sample. Simple logo printing may be faster, while custom gift box packaging, combination gift sets or complex decoration may take longer.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination country.

How long does logo customization take?

Logo customization time depends on the branding method. Printing, laser engraving and UV logo decoration may have different production timelines.

For most corporate gift orders, we will confirm the estimated production time before you approve the order.

Can you handle urgent corporate gift orders?

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide from China. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on destination country, product type, order quantity, carton size, weight and customs requirements.

For samples and small orders, we usually ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS or other express services. For bulk orders, we can provide air freight, sea freight or DDP options for selected countries.

Can you provide DDP or door-to-door delivery?

For some countries and regions, we can help check DDP or door-to-door shipping options. However, availability depends on product type, battery restrictions, customs policy, destination address and logistics channel.

For certain countries, buyers may need to handle import customs clearance and local duties. We will help check available shipping options before confirming the order.

Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

Customs duties, import taxes and local charges are usually the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP shipping is confirmed in advance.

Because customs policies vary by country, we recommend confirming shipping terms before production, especially for bulk corporate gift orders or products with batteries.

Can you ship products with batteries?

Some products with batteries can be shipped to selected countries, but shipping options may be limited and costs may be higher.

If your order includes power banks, AI devices, rechargeable products or battery-powered tech gifts, we will check the available shipping channels before confirming the order.

Artwork & Branding

What logo file format do you need?

For the best logo result, we recommend sending your logo in AI, PDF, SVG or high-resolution PNG format. Vector files are preferred for printing, laser engraving and packaging design.

If you only have a low-resolution logo, our team can check whether it is suitable for a free mockup.

Can you match our brand color?

We can try to match your brand color based on your Pantone code, CMYK value or reference file. However, final color results may vary depending on material, printing method and surface texture.

For strict brand color requirements, we recommend confirming with a physical sample before bulk production.

Can you design the gift set layout for us?

Yes. We can help suggest product combinations, gift box layout, logo placement and packaging presentation for custom corporate gift boxes.

This service is useful for companies preparing employee welcome kits, client appreciation gifts, event gifts, conference giveaways or premium business gift sets.

Returns, Cancellations & Quality

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order before production starts. Once the products have been customized with your logo or the gift box packaging has been produced, the order cannot usually be cancelled.

If you need to change product details, logo artwork, quantity or delivery information, please contact us as early as possible.

What if I receive defective products or incorrect customization?

We carefully check product quality, logo artwork and packaging before shipment. If you receive defective products or there is an error in the approved decoration, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide photos, videos and order details. We will review the issue and work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Can customized products be returned?

Because custom logo gifts and branded corporate gift boxes are made according to your approved artwork and order details, customized products cannot usually be returned or refunded unless there is a verified product defect or decoration error.

We strongly recommend reviewing and approving the mockup carefully before production.

Yes. We respect your privacy and brand information. Logo files, artwork, company information and order details are used only for quotation, mockup, production and delivery purposes.

We do not sell your artwork or customer information to third parties.

Why do some product images show sample logos?

The logos, artwork, designs and trademarks shown on this website are used only as examples of customization effects and production capabilities. They do not represent endorsement, partnership or authorization by the owners of those trademarks.

All custom logo gifts will be produced according to the artwork and approval provided by the customer.
