How Our Custom Tech Gift Process Works

1. Tell Us About Your Project
Share your gifting goal, recipients, occasion, preferred products, expected quantity, budget range, destination and target date. If available, include your logo files, brand guidelines and packaging preferences. Logo files in PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or PSD are all accepted — vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) give the sharpest print result. You can send your brief through our inquiry form or WhatsApp.
2. We Prepare a Visual Mockup
Based on your brief, we prepare a digital mockup showing the proposed product selection, logo placement and gift-box presentation. The mockup is free of charge, and we revise it until your team is satisfied. This gives your team a clear visual direction to review before sampling.
3. You Review and Confirm the Mockup
Review the proposed design with your stakeholders and send us any required feedback. Once you confirm the artwork and presentation direction, we can move forward with the physical sample.
4. We Make a Physical Sample
We arrange a sample based on the confirmed mockup and agreed project specifications. Sample details, costs and applicable delivery arrangements are confirmed with you before this step proceeds.
5. We Send the Sample for Your Review
The completed sample is sent to the agreed address using the delivery arrangement confirmed for your project. You can review the physical product, branding and gift-box presentation before making your final order decision.
6. You Confirm the Order
After reviewing the sample, confirm the final product specifications, branding, packaging, quantity and quotation. Production begins only after the final order details have been agreed.
7. We Begin Production
We proceed with production according to the confirmed sample and order details. The production and subsequent delivery arrangements for your project are handled according to the terms agreed in your quotation and order.
